2025 Link River Campsite Caretaker

The Village of Port Alice is seeking proposals for caretakers at the Link River Campsite.
The contract will run from May 12, 2025, to September 15, 2025, with the possibility of extension either before or after.

Please submit a letter with relevant experience and your proposed monthly rate as well as a daily rate if the contract is extended.

The caretakers are required to provide their own liability insurance which will be paid for by the Village. The Village will also pay the caretakers 15% of the campsite revenue in addition to the monthly/ daily rate.

The lowest or any proposal may not necessarily be accepted.
