NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to the Local Government Act, that a public hearing will be held at the Port Alice Community Centre, 951 Marine Drive, Port Alice BC on August 8, 2023 at 6:00 pm to receive input concerning OCP Bylaw No. 684.
This Bylaw updates the current OCP Bylaw 568, 2010 and all amendments.
TAKE NOTICE that proposed Bylaw No. 684 and any related information can be obtained from the Village Office at 1061 Marine Drive between the hours of 8:30 am to 4:30 pm, Monday to Friday, or by mail, email or fax using the contact information below.
Anyone that believes the proposed Bylaw No. 684 may affect their interests shall be afforded the opportunity to be heard in person, by a representative, or by written submission at the public hearing at the above noted place and time. If you are unable to attend the public hearing, written comments may be mailed, emailed, faxed or hand delivered to the Village office by 4:00 pm on Tuesday August 8, 2023. Legally the Village cannot consider any representations made after the close of public hearing.
