Village of Port Alice: Request for Quotes

Calling all carpenters!

The Village of Port Alice is seeking price quotes from certified contractors with experience in exterior repair to replace the facia boarding on our Community Centre. These facia boards are on every corner of the building.  We would like these boards replaced with a similar or better material depending on cost.  We are looking for longevity over esthetic appeal.  A site visit is mandatory as the scope of the job may increase if damage is found under the facia. Quotes must include a general description of your plan for repair. The Village will dispose of any waste wood or material from the building.

Quotes can be provided for both projects or for just one. Quotes can be emailed, dropped off at the Village Office or mailed.
